A Letter to Our Teachers

By Zachary Milewicz

Dear teachers,

Yes, we blame you when we do poorly on a test. But these grudges don’t last. At the end of the day, we are grateful to have you propel us forward. You do so much for us that listing every reason why we appreciate you is impossible – there are an infinite number. So here are five reasons we would like to thank you:

1. THANK YOU FOR MAKING TIME FOR US.

“You are always willing to help.” – Jonathan Mui (’18)

“Above all else, you want to see us grow. You care about us and want to help us be the best versions of ourselves.” – John Duarte (’18)

4. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE (SCHOOL-RELATED OR NOT).

“You do more than just teach; you connect with us.” – Anonymous

“You help our lives outside of school. You actually care how we are, what we are up to, and take the time to help us if we need it.” – Anonymous
